General Policies

  • Age Verification: La Fratellanza does not sell cigars to anyone under the age of 21, in compliance with Federal, State, and Local law. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All first time customers will go through an age verification process powered by Agechecker.net, using publicly available information (property records, motor vehicle records, state issued ID cards, etc.) to verify your age and identity only. The process only takes a few seconds and most verifications are approved instantly. At checkout you will be prompted to provide your date of birth. If you provide your name accurately as it appears on your license and your billing information matches, you will be approved. If this information does not match, you will be prompted to provide a photo of your license which you can easily upload with your cellphone. This verification also only takes about 20 seconds to verify once the photo is received. All information is kept on a secure database and your information will never be used for any other purpose than verification. To avoid having to do age verification every time you purchase, visit our Join the Brotherhood page and sign up for an account. Having an account makes purchasing easier – it stores your name and address, your age verification and even your credit card if you choose.

  • We are required to collect a 7% Florida State Sales Tax for all orders shipped within Florida.

  • La Fratellanza does not ship products outside of the continental United States at this time.

  • Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

 

Shipping Information

Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges are as follows:

Standard Single Box Shipping: $9.99

Allow 2-5 business days for delivery*

Multi-box orders and expedited shipping costs vary.

*Delivery times are taken from the USPS and UPS websites and are not guaranteed. Add 1 or 2 business days for remote rural locations.

 

Additional Shipping Information

  • Oversized shipments weighing more than 10 lbs. may take up to 8 business days for standard delivery.

  • All orders sent to a PO box must be shipped via USPS.

  • All orders sent to a US military base must be shipped via USPS.

  • California and Delaware require adult signature for package delivery.

  • UPS business days do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • USPS business days do NOT include Sundays or holidays.

  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to La Fratellanza. All return freight charges will be passed on to the consumer.

 

State Shipping Restrictions

California

While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or older before completing the delivery. Note, to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California.

 

Delaware

While we verify all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, Delaware’s Title 30 Chapter 53 also requires us to obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or older before completing the delivery. Note, to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to Delaware.

 

Hawaii

Due to Hawaii State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Hawaii addresses.

 

Utah

Due to Utah State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Utah addresses.

 

Return Policy

At La Fratellanza Cigars, we stand behind our products, and we want you to enjoy our cigars as much as we do. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your money or send a replacement. If you have an issue with your order, email us at Orders@lafratellanzacigars.com. Please expect your refund to take up to 10 business days to hit your bank account.
